Extract for Fathom Privacy Policy

Extract for Fathom helps users export their own Fathom meeting content into a single local ZIP file. Meeting transcripts, summaries, highlights, and action items are processed in the browser and are never sent to Relay Capital.

What the extension does

The extension connects directly to the Fathom API using a Fathom API key that the user provides. It fetches the user's transcripts, summaries, highlights, action items, and meeting metadata. It builds the export files and ZIP archive locally, inside the user's browser.

What is stored

The Fathom API key, license email, and license key are stored only in the browser's local extension storage, on the user's device.

What is sent

Fathom API requests are sent only to https://api.fathom.ai to retrieve the user's own Fathom data. License key, license email, and a generated instance identifier are sent only to https://extract.relaycapital.io to activate or verify a paid license.

Meeting content

Meeting transcripts, summaries, highlights, action items, and metadata are processed entirely in the user's browser. This content is never transmitted to Relay Capital and never touches the Extract license server.

What the extension does not do

It does not use analytics.
It does not use remote code.
It does not sell user data.
It does not share user data with third parties beyond Fathom API requests and Extract license verification.

Limited use

Information obtained through the extension is used only to provide the extension's single purpose: exporting the user's own Fathom meeting content into a local ZIP file and validating a paid license.
