What to include in your email

  1. Your license emailThe email used for your Extract license, if you purchased one.
  2. What you were exportingFor example, a date range or a title keyword you filtered by.
  3. The error you sawThe exact message, or a screenshot if that's easier.
  4. Where it happenedConnecting Fathom, previewing meetings, exporting, or activating a license.

Please don't send private meeting content

Never send your Fathom API key, meeting transcripts, summaries, recordings, or downloaded ZIP files. The error message and your license email are all we need to start.
