How to export Fathom transcripts in bulk
When you need more than one recording, copying transcripts meeting by meeting gets slow. This guide shows the practical path: get your Fathom API key, filter the meetings you need, and export transcripts into files you own.

How to do it
- Open Fathom and generate an API key from your user settings.
- Install Extract for Fathom from the Chrome Web Store.
- Paste the API key into the extension. The key stays in Chrome storage on your device.
- Filter by date range or meeting title keyword before exporting.
- Select transcripts and choose Markdown, TXT, JSON, or CSV.
- Download one ZIP with transcript files and an index.csv manifest.
